The motion poster does appear interesting as initially there is a still of Varun Dhawan who looks very simple, decent and innocent. But then as the timeline of the poster gradually passes by, the whole picture is broken into pieces and behind is a still of an angry young man holding a small hammer in his hand. His expression says it all that he is not going to leave without taking revenge. The title of the film is ‘Badlapur: Don’t miss the Beginning’. Sriram Raghavan has directed the film and it is produced by Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla. The film is slated to release on the 20th of February, 2015.
