Arshad; Jackky Mistaken As Terrorists By Scotland Yard Officers

November 02, 2014 09:46 AM

While shooting for a sequence of the film ‘Welcome to Karachi’ in parts of UK, the Scotland Yard Officers misunderstood the cast and crew of the film as terrorists because of their Talibani outfits. Jackky Bhagnani and Arshad Warsi along with 300 others dressed in the Talibani attire, would certainly mislead any official of any country. Some parts of Karachi are recreated in England for the shoot.

Whilst they were shooting, they suddenly learnt that Scotland Yard officers were surrounding them with their cars. Moreover, there were two helicopters with snipers flying over them. The Scotland Yard officers discovered their activity and presence through satellite and hence they misinterpreted them as terrorists. However, when the film makers showed the officers that they had the shooting permission of the film they laughed it off scaring the entire crew of the film.
