Shah Rukh Khan has been very busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Happy New Year’.

On the other hand, the superstar has already started working on Yash Raj Films upcoming flick ‘Fan’. The details of the film ‘Fan’ are kept veiled despite of the film being on floors. However, the storyline has been revealed to a certain extent. 

King Khan will be playing a double role in the movie with one character as a superstar and the other one will be a lookalike who will be just an ordinary person. The opening scene of the movie will give a glance of both SRK’s. The scene will involve the superstar celebrating his birthday party outside his luxurious residence ‘Mannat’ and the other lookalike Rahul, will be viewing the superstar with marvel. 

Although, due to security reasons, the shot will not be outside SRK’s residence, however they will be creating a replica of his house at Film City in Mumbai. Around 700 people will be present at the location to make the sequence appear genuine. 

The leading actress is yet not announced, nevertheless, there are reports that state Parineeti Chopra, Ileana D’cruz, Rani Mukerji and Vaani Kapoor were considered for the role. Also, there will be two actresses in the film. The movie will be directed by Maneesh Sharma and it is stated to be releasing on 15th August, 2015.
