The last time Anupam Kher played the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s father was in the movie ‘Heyy Babyy’ in 2007 in which they both played a cameo.
Before ‘Heyy Babyy’ Anupam had played SRK’s father in the movie ‘Paheli’ which was in 2005. Now yet again he will be playing SRK’s father in Farah Khan’s new upcoming ‘Happy New Year’.
The father-son duo has been extremely popular since their ‘Diwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ movie, and it will be really nice to see them onscreen again. Although, Anupam will be playing a cameo in the film and it is also learnt that he agreed to play the role because of emotional reasons and both the actors have a good understanding with each other.
