Treating his body super power and his religion, Akshay Kumar continues to amaze everybody, defying age and keeping no limits to be fit.

He is undoubtedly one of the fittest actors in the industry. This man knows no bounds when it’s about training as he keeps on pushing himself to the extreme and exploring new challenges.

For his upcoming film ‘Baby’, Akshay Kumar has undertaken a special kind of training. This core training consists of huge wooden beads which can be 50 to 175 in numbers. Akshay Kumar without any hiccups stands in the midst of Abu Dhabi desert swinging those 50 wooden beads around his neck. This workout is very crucial for the spine which is the most critical part of the human body; moreover this training goes on for 5-10 minutes at a stretch with around 1-2 minutes concentrating only on the neck.

This intensive training requires inner strength as it beats your fat, stimulates your blood flow, and trains your inner core! As we all are aware about Akshay’s background and love for martial arts, he keeps exploring new pathways to keep his body fit.

‘Baby’ is directed by Neeraj Pandey under the production house of Cape of Good Films and Crouching Tiger. The movie is going to be released on the 23rd of January, 2015.
