Shahid Kapoor is one the busiest dudes of B-town these days. While he gears up for the release of Vishal Bharadwaj’s Haider, the Kaminey actor has his hands full with Vikas Bahl’s Shandaar, Raj and Krishna DK’s Farji and Abhishek Chaubey’s untitled project. According to the buzz in tinsel town, one more big film has fallen into Shahid’s kitty. The speculations are rife that Haider star has been roped into reprise Ram Charan Teja’s role in Hindi remake of Magadheera.
The 2008 blockbuster directed by SS Rajamouli starring Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal, told the story of a stunts man who remembers his previous life as a warrior in love with a princess. Rumours are circling in hushed whispers that Sajid Nadiadwala has brought the remake rights of the Telugu film and has offered the role to none other than Phata Poster Nikla Hero star. If sources are to be believed, Nadiadwala, after Kick‘s phenomenal run at box office, is planning to up the ante with an even grander film.
While Kick director was unavailable to make any comments, Shahid dodged the questions, keeping mum on the rumours. But the actor had agreed that he had watched Magadheera and had loved the flick. If the rumours are true, then Shahid Kapoor fans can surely rejoice as the actor seems to be entering the most happening phase of his career.
