Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ is not a cult classic flick, but it is surely one of the most successful films of his career.

The movie tackled the issue of extramarital affairs and it showcased that love can happen anytime. 

Today the film completes eight years of its release. ‘KANK’ had released on 11th Aug 2006. The film will be remembered for many reasons. 

The first reason will surely be the cast of the film. The movie starred actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan and Preity Zinta. Well, unfortunately it was the last film in which we got to see the pairing of SRK & Rani and we can also say that it was the last good film of Preity Zinta. After this film, we haven’t seen Preity in a good movie. 

The most important reason whether why ‘KANK’ will be remembered is the concept of the film. Karan Johar had finely showcased extramarital affairs in the film. The film wasn’t vulgar at all. 

Well, what we wish is that we get to see all these talented actors once again onscreen together.
