Minister Rempel Attends the 2014 Aerospace, Defence and Security Expo

Today, the Honourable Michelle Rempel, Minister of State for Western Economic Diversification, provided remarks at the 2014 Aerospace, Defence and Security Expo (ADSE).

Kicking off a panel discussion on The Competitiveness of Canadian Suppliers, Minister Rempel discussed the importance of trade and investment in western Canada’s aerospace, defence and security industries, and its economic impacts in the West. Minister Rempel also used the opportunity to highlight the ways that the Harper Government has supported the growth of Canada’s aerospace sector.
