It’s a known fact that the actor has put down her papers and her term ended sometime in July

Rucha Hasabnis aka Rashi has been a part of Saath Nibhana Saathiya since its inception. However, the actor called it quits as she wanted a break from acting. After several discussions between the production house and channel, they’ve come to conclusion that Rucha’s character will not be replaced. They will instead find a way to end the character.

Latest gossip in the rumour mills suggests that Rucha’s onscreen character Rashi Modi will be killed. So the plot goes something like this, Masterji Anurag Joshi (Manoj Chandila), who is obsessed with Gopi (Devoleena Bhattacharjee) will try to kill Ahem (Nazim Mohammad). He believes that killing Ahem will automatically draw Gopi towards him.

However, before Anurag can execute his plan, Rashi will get a whiff of it. She will spoil his game plan, but will get caught in the process. In order to shut Rashi up, Masterji will hit her on the head with an object and leave her to bleed to death. By the time the Modi family will realise and rescue her, she will die.

The makers are planning to introduce a new character opposite Jigar (Vishal Singh). Falaq Naaz, who was last seen in Sasural Simar Ka has been apparently roped in as the new lead in the show. We are yet to get a confirmation on it.
