It’s the second time the actor has walked out of the popular show

Rashami Desai, who plays Tapasya Thakur in Colors’ popular show Uttaran has quit the show in order to concentrate on her life and health. Well we initially thought the actor was on a break ‘coz the current track focused on Meethi (Tina Dutta) and her life in Pakistan.

So did Rashami get miffed with the makers for not giving her a meatier role? Well apparently, that’s not the case. After leaving the show the first time, Rashami was back as a positive character; something she demanded in her contract. The new role worked wonders for her professional life. Fans adored her in the new avatar.

Rashami’s was last seen going off to Dubai with her husband Rathore (Gaurav Chopra) in search of his first wife. It seems the actor parted ways with the production house amicably. She has in fact told fans to continue watching the show and given everyone her best regards. This is Rashami’s first break after almost six years and all she wants to do right now is relax, catch up with friends, take care of her health and chill. However the actor promises to come back soon with a bigger and better role.
