Late bollywood heartthrob Rajesh Khanna's Carter Road bungalow, famously known as 'Aashirwad', is being sold to a city industrialist, Shashi Kiran Shetty, executive chairman of Allcargo Logistics.
The sole beneficiaries of the property are his two daughters and according to sources, the bungalow has been sold for a whooping amount of Rs. 90 crores. The deal will reportedly conclude once the compulsory 14-day notice about any ownership claim by a third party is over.
Sources also reveal that the buyer plans to live in it himself.
