2) Rakhi Sawant



One of the most famous item girls of Bollywood, Rakhi Sawant looked totally different when she made her first appearance in Bollywood with the film ‘Joru Ka Ghulam’. Well, we can say that Rakhi looked quite unfit for B-Town at that time. But, then with the help of cosmetic surgeries the actress turned herself into a good looking girl. 

3) Shilpa Shetty 



If you have seen Shilpa Shetty in films like ‘Baazigar’ and ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’, then you can surely see what a cosmetic surgery can do. Shilpa looked dark and her facial features were not that sharp. However, the actress after going under the knife looks stunning. 

4) Kangana Ranaut



Kangana looked wonderful when she entered in Bollywood with ‘Gangster’, but god knows that what made undergo a surgery for her lips. Her lips looked awful in ‘Tanu Weds Manu’; however the actress managed it with her overall appearance in the film. But, seems like she came to know that the new lips didn’t suite her and then again now he has done something with her lips that makes her look beautiful like before. 

5) Priyanka Chopra



In 2000, Priyanka Chopra was titled as the Miss World. No doubt she looked beautiful at that time as well. But, if you see her pictures when she won the title and if you see her now, you can surely say that some mischief has taken place on her face. We are talking about the nose job and the lip job that the actress has done. But, there is no change in her appearance, she looked beautiful before and she also looks gorgeous now. Well, we can also say that she looks better now. 

6) Priety Zinta



The bubbly Priety Zinta when entered Bollywood looked completely different what she looks now. Well, it is said that the actress underwent a plastic surgery because of which her face structure became sharp and her chubby cheeks went inside. However, it is said that the change in her face is because she has lost weight. But, with just losing weight can someone have a shaper nose and a bit different jaw line. 

7) Minissha Lamba



Minissha Lamba looked perfect when she entered in B-Town with ‘Yahaan’. We are just thinking what made her do the nose job and spoil her beautiful face. The actress still looks beautiful after the surgery, but if we ignore her nose. 

8) Sridevi



Sridevi ruled in Bollywood almost for 20 years and then she took a break to give some time to her family. The actress looked stunning in the 80’s and the 90’s, but then why she did the nose job to make her comeback onscreen in 2012. Though she looked beautiful in her comeback flick ‘English Vinglish’, we didn’t like that she did the nose job. 

9) Kareena Kapoor Khan



Well, Kareena Kapoor had a round face when she entered in Bollywood, but then her round face became oval shape and we are sure that the shape of the face can’t change when you lose weight. Even her cheeks which were quite plump went inside giving her face a perfect look. But, Bebo we are sure that you did your surgery keeping in mind that you need to look beautiful after the surgery as well.

10) Anushka Sharma



When Anushka debuted in Bollywood with ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’, the actress looked beautiful and had a natural beauty on her face. But, her back to back lip jobs are making her look worst. We can only say one thing Anushka, you looked better, then you looked good and now you look worst.
