OTTAWA–
Captain Adam Runge, in the 2014 CF-18 Demonstration Hornet fighter jet, followed by the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, led by Major Patrick Gobeil, will conduct Canada Day flybys over Parliament Hill starting around noon on July 1, 2014.
The aircraft will be flown over Parliament Hill at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest point in the vicinity. The Snowbirds will remain in Ottawa to make a brief appearance and sign autographs at the Canada Aviation and Space Museum from 2 to 4 p.m. before returning to their home base at 15 Wing, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
