The casting confusion over Shuddhi is over. Salman Khan has agreed to play the lead role in Karan Johar’s reincarnation love story.
The actor said ‘yes’ to the project a few weeks ago in a hush hush meeting with KJo.
Ever since Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh gave their dates to Sanjay Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani there has been speculation on who will star in the film. Everyone from Shah Rukh to Shahid and even Aamir were rumored to be part of the film.
However a source confirmed to us that Salman has given a verbal consent to the project and will be giving bulk dates to Karan next year.
