The actor celebrated her birthday on the sets of Desi Magic

Ameesha Patel, who turned 38 on June 9, celebrated her birthday on the sets of her production venture Desi Magic. The pretty actor had co-stars Randhir Kapoor, Lilette Dubey and director Mehul Atha for company. Ami as she is fondly referred by friends was spotted crying on her special day.

Wait! Before you jump to any conclusions let us tell you that the Bhool Bhulaiyaaactor was shooting for an emotional scene. “I have been crying since morning and I think I am going to cry till the end of day. These are emotional scenes and I am also very emotional today. I am sure my performance will come out even better now,” said the birthday girl.

Ameesha who is also acting in Desi Magic wanted to shoot on her birthday. She thinks working on her birthday brings her lots and luck and success. She said, “Earlier I have celebrated my birthday on the sets Gadar: Ek Prem Katha and Race and the films have gone on to become successful. I specially wanted to work on my birthday so that even Desi Magic can become a huge success.”
