The actor’s look is reportedly more expensive than all the characters of the film put together

Popularly known for his role in Yeh Hai Bakrapur, Anshuman Jha received critical appreciation for his performance in the film and looks like this newbie is all set to impress us once again in his upcoming film Fugly.

Anshuman will be seen playing a negative role in an avatar of a young drug lord, which is said to be based on a real life character.

The creators of the show apparently had to go through a number of brainstorming sessions to get Anshuman’s look right. Talking about the star’s wardrobe, the director of the film Kabir Sadanand revealed, “Though its a special appearance but its a critical character in the film and therefore needed serious thought.His costumes for the four scenes and one song have cost more than the costume budget of all the other characters put together.”

Fugly is an upcoming comedy drama venture by Kabir Sadanand starring Anshuman Jha alongside Vijender Singh, Mohit Marwah and Kiara Advani. This film is one of the most anticipated ones this year, mainly as it will be introducing Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s blazing hot cousin Mohit Marwah. The film is set to release on May 16 this year.
