The Honourable Ed Fast, Minister of International Trade, will be joined by ministers and high-ranking officials from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in Vancouver as they kick off a five-day visit to Canada during which they will meet with Canadian business people and stakeholders. ASEAN is composed of some of the fastest-growing economies in the Asia Pacific. Canada is continuing to strengthen its trade and investment ties with this dynamic region as part of its ambitious pro-trade plan.
