In May, we only had few interesting films, but in June we have big releases every week.

On 6th June, Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer ‘Holiday’ will be hitting the screens. The movie has created a good pre-release buzz and it will be the first major release in the second half of 2014. On the same day, UTV will be releasing their National Award winning flick ‘Filmistaan’. The movie stars Sharib Hashmi and Inaamulhaq in the lead roles. The film is well promoted, especially on the social networking websites.

The second week of June (13th June) will see the release of Akshay Kumar’s production venture ‘Fugly’. The movie stars newcomers like Mohit Marwah, Kiara Advani, Vijender Singh and Arfi Lamba in the lead roles. The songs of the film are quite good and have grabbed the attention of the audiences. 

After the debacle of ‘Himmatwala’, Sajid Khan is all set to for his next movie ‘Humshakals’, which will be hitting the screens on 20th June. It’s a comedy flick and even the songs of the film are good. The movie has an ensemble cast including Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta. 

And then finally, on 27th June, once again we will get to see Riteish Deshmukh onscreen in the film ‘Ek Villain’. The movie also stars Sidharth Malhora and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. The trailer and the songs are superb and the film seems to have an interesting concept. 

The audiences will get different genres of films like action, comedy, youth drama and thriller in the month of June.
