Ram Kapoor: The portly actor, who works for about 15 days a month, earns Rs 1.25 lakh per episode of Bade Acche Lagte Hain. For the past month or two, the producers have been using Ram’s close up shots and a body double for the long shots to take the story forward. Apparently, our hero was busy fulfilling his movie commitments. During this period, we are not sure if the actor took a pay cut, but otherwise, he is definitely one of the highest paid actors on TV.

Ronit Roy: The suave and charming lawyer from Adaalat also earns Rs 1.25 lakh per episode. Ronit Roy, who also owns a security agency, became a popular name in the industry after his stint in Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend ears Rs 70,000 per day and she works for 25 days in a month. According to rumours, Ankita Lokhande had negotiated with the producers for days to get the current hike.
