Actresses like Hema Malini, Pooja Bhatt, Nandita Das, Revathi, etc, turned their way to direction after acting in the movies and now there is a strong buzz around that the Bengali beauty Rani Mukerji will be soon joining the league of the actresses turning director.
It is learnt that she will be directing a flick under her hubby Aditya Chopra’s banner YRF. Well, if the sources are to be believed, the actress is taking keen interest in the direction of her upcoming movie ‘Mardaani’. Though, the movie is directed by Pradeep Sarkar, it is said that Rani jointly works with him, as an associate director.
Now we need to wait and watch whether Rani will only direct the film or she will also act in it.
