Barkat’s life is about to change as new man is going to enter her life. 

It is celebration time for the Abdullah family as a new man is about to enter Barkat’s (Dimple Jhangiani) life and change it for the better. Barkat is soon to get married to this new man. Barkat’s husband to be is going to be played by the ex-Splitsvilla contestant Mohit Malhotra. Mohit’s most prominent telly role was as Kartik in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.

The handsome dude will be seen being the light of optimism in Barkat‘s life. A source reports, “Mohit’s character will be a very positive person who the family will select for their daughter. His character will bring some romantic moments in the show.”

Mohit who is originally a Dilli boy will fly down to Bombay and start the shoot for his role. The elated actor confirmed the news of being roped in as the new man in Barkat’s life and said, “I am yet to know much about the character since I am here in Delhi. Only when I reach the sets tomorrow will I be able to share more details.”
