In November, when ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela’ released, it faced a lot of legal issues and now after five months of the release, a local court has issued arrest warrants against the director of the film Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the actors Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.
The arrest warrant has been issued as it is said that few scenes in the movie hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindus. Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), SP Singh, has said Mumbai Police Commissioner to arrest these celebs and produce them at his court on 4th June.
The complaint was filed by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha in November last year in Madhya Pradesh and it was said that the movie’s release date was postponed out there, however it had released on 12th November itself.
The arrest warrant has also been issued for co-producer Kishore Lulla and the lyricist Siddharth–Garima.
