Amole Gupte’s son Partho’s sweet and honest gesture hinted at something that Huma needs to take seriously. 

We like Huma Qureshi, don’t we? The Ek Thi Daayan actor is known for her spunk and oodles of oomph. But blame it on her circular shape which is further accentuated by her ghastly dressing sense Huma looks years older than her actual chronological age!

In fact, a recent incident embarrassed Huma to death and at the same time it made us giggle in equal measures. It so happened that at the special screening of her brother Saqib Saleem’s film Hawaaa Hawaai’ Huma was spotted mingling with the guests. Suddenly, director Amole Gupte’s son partho -the Stanley Ka Dabba fame and child protagonist of Hawaa Hawaai- popped from nowhere and touched Huma’s feet! The gesture that is normally reserved for elderly and senile was employed to greet Huma. Naturally, the incident embarrassed the star.

The other guests and the media present there were taken aback by what they witnessed. People just couldn’t control their giggles after witnessing this scene. Huma eventually regained her composure and chided Partho that she isn’t that old after all. She warned the child-albeit in a friendly manner- to not do it again!
