The Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, will speak on Saturday at the provincial awards ceremony for the Concours d’art oratoire, the annual public speaking event of Canadian Parents for French – Manitoba. She will take part in both the noon-hour and afternoon ceremonies.
