The Dabangg Khan seems to be inspired by the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor.

While the rivalry between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan is an old goss, but many of you might not know that the Jai Ho actor doesn’t really share a friendly rapport with Farhan Akhtar as well. However,Sallu  miyaan seems to be inspired by Akhtar’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, which was based on the life of the legendary athlete Milkha Singh. The film not only won tons of awards and accolades, but it also put Farhan at the top in the race of big Bollywood actors.

As you will know, veteran writer Salim Khan (Salman’s father) and lyricist Javed Akhtar (Farhan’s father) were a team at one point of time, but one fine day the duo parted ways. Reason? After Amitabh Bachchan refused to do Mr India, an angry Salim Khan vowed to never work with him again. Things took a ugly turn when Javed Akhtar attended Sr Bachchan’s Holi party. This didn’t go down too well with Salim, after which they decided to call it quits and the Salim-Javed duo soon became a thing of the past. And this old rivalry between the two warring veteran writers spilled into the next generation.

Farhan at a talk show had confessed that he wanted to work with Salman, but the latter rejected all the offers made to him by the Karthik Calling Karthik actor. And this is the reason why we haven’t seen Salman in any of Farhan’s film. Interestingly, Farhan shares a thick friendship with Sallu’s arch rival, Shahrukh Khan, with whom he has worked in many films
