German-Indian actor Evelyn Sharma, who will be seen playing the role of a glam diva in David Dhawan’s Main Tera Hero, said she does not opt for stylish roles always

The 27 year old former model  said she will be seen in a deglamorised avatar in Sunny Deol starrer Bhaiyyaji Superhitt.

“I don’t think I am being typecast in glamorous characters as I am doing different roles in my upcoming movies. In my next movie Bhaiyyaji Superhitt with Sunny Deol, I am playing the role of a traditional girl who wears kurtis but still she manages to look sexy,” said Evelyn Sharma

Main Tera Hero, also starring Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri and Ileana D’Cruz, is slated to release on April 4. Evelyn, who last featured in the Ranbir Kapoor-Deepika Padukone starrer blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, said she got the due recognition in the industry through the romantic film. “It was because of my performance in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani that David  sir called me and offered a role in his movie. It is an honour to be a part of his movie,” she said.

Evelyn, who was born in Frankfurt, said she is happy to be a part of Hindi film industry as it is changing now and giving space to foreigners. “Bollywood has changed so much. It is open to everyone. If you have talent then you do have a fair chance to establish yourself in the industry,” she said.
