Talent surely isn't a huge criteria to have in bollywood. This is evident of the fact that even after getting huge amount of praises for his acting skills in the past, actor Abhay Deol is facing financial crisis.

The actor was last seen in his debut production venture, One By Two, opposite his real-life girlfriend, Preeti Desai. The movie turned out to be a huge disaster at the box-office and being made at a budget of Rs. 8 crores, Abhay and five of his co-producers had to incur huge loses.

The actor had to mortgage his flat to repay the loan he had taken for the film. Abhay's apartment is situated at Pandurang Co-operative Housing Society in Pandurang Wadi, Juhu. His flat costs nothing more than mere Rs 2-3 crores. The news was confirmed by the actor himself. Reports also suggest that Abhay will now be living in his Santacruz apartment for the time being. Even the music of this flick didn't earn any money for its producers because the producers had a rift with the record label over contract issues.

This will come out to be a lesson for actors and makers, that Indian audiences are not yet ready to see any and every kind of film that you come up with.
