Naseeruddin Shah is pretty hard to please, but somehow Anees Bazmee ended up pleasing him over on his own terms. We all know that Nasseruddin always demands a fully bound script of the film with proper character sketches. And we also know that Anees is someone who doesn’t believe in the same and believes more on visualisation. So it was causing a tiff between the two for the casting of Welcome Back . Our khabroo informs us that Naseeruddin was mighty impressed with Anees’s story telling abilities and once after three-four sittings, he was so well versed with the character that he didn’t ask Anees for a bound script. Naseeruddin surely was impressed by his visualisation and gave the green signal to play the role previously portrayed by the late Feroz Khan.

Now that is called a director with not just a vision but also a viaualisation power. We can’t wait to see how Naseeruddin’s character has come out in the sequel.
