The Nasha babe turns 23 today

Born on March 11, 1991, Poonam Pandey was one of the top eight contestants ofGladrags – 2010, and appeared on the cover page of the fashion magazine.

She shot for 29 calendars for the year 2011, including the Gladrags Calendar and Kingfisher Calendar 2011. However, she hogged limelight when she promised to strip for the Indian cricket team if it won the Cricket World Cup in 2011.

In 2013, she made her Bollywood debut with the film, Nasha, where she played the role of a teacher, who ends up having a sexual relationship with one of her students. Poonam received a lot of flak as after the posters of Nasha were released. Thepataka Pandey wore nothing, but two placards tactfully placed to cover her nude body. It angered people and a group of protestors tore the posters and set them on fire on July 20, 2013 in Mumbai. Even after a lot of controversies, her debut film went on to become a dud. In 2012, she posed naked after Kolkata Knight Riders won IPL 5.

And now that she doesn’t have attractive movie offers in her kitty, Poonam is trying to be under the spot light by posting semi nude pictures of herself on her Twitter account.
