The new song from Satish Kaushik’s Gang of Ghosts is out and we aren’t impressed at all

The makers of Gang Of Ghosts have released another song Nahi dungi which features Mahie Gill and Chunky Pandey. While this number has been shot keeping in mind the black and white era, the quirky lyrics of this track don’t sync well with the retro feel. And though Rupmatii Jolly who has sung Nahi dungi has a beautiful voice, it doesn’t come across in the song. It seems she is trying to hard to sound like singers from ’50s and ’60s. After a point, the song sounds really funny. But we do admit that Mahie  and Chunky look great in their attire and the couple will remind you of Raj Kapoor and Nargis Dutt from Pyaar hua ikraar hua. Music by Dharam and Sandeep will also take you back to black and white zamaana, though wethinks not many of you will like it. Overall, Nahi dungi may not appeal to people since most of us like foot-tapping numbers with upbeat music.
