Council's Audience and Market Development Office (AMDO) helps Canadian artists get out into the world. We are participating in CAPACOA's upcoming annual conference. Learn about this and other upcoming events in the US and abroad, and about AMDO's available grants.  


Dance Mapping survey reaches far and wide

We have received over 5,500 survey responses to date from dancers, choreographers and dance teachers. We want more! There is still time to complete the online questionnaire and count yourself in.  Deadline: January 19, 2014.

Bidding “Goldsmith” farewell

After 23 years of service in various functions across Council, John Goldsmith retired on December 13. 2013.

Ms. Nathalie Bondil was appointed Vice-Chair of the Canada Council for the Arts, effective March 31, 2014.
