Rapper Eminem has reportedly invited pop star Justin Bieber to stay at his house over Christmas and New Year, in a hope to help him get his life back on track.

"He's really hoping he can sort Justin out. The way he's going, he's worried he's going to end up in really bad trouble," a source told The Sun newspaper, reports contactmusic.com.

"He wants to talk him into going to therapy and counselling to deal with the stress of fame in a positive way. Everyone is saying how they think he's a ticking timebomb," the source added.

The 41-year-old believes that a heart-to-heart will help Bieber, 19, and then he may work with him too.

"Eminem would consider going in the studio with him if he sorts himself out, which would be a dream come true for Justin," the source said.

Bieber has been in the news lately after he was criticised for spraying graffiti in Brazil. He was also spotted sneaking out of a Brazilian brothel under a white sheet and was accused of calling a young fan a "beached whale".
