The Honourable Tony Clement, President of the Treasury Board, today issued the following statement on holiday decorations in federal workplaces.
“With Christmas and Chanukah almost upon us, I am pleased to remind federal employees that they are welcome to decorate their desks or workspaces.
“‘Tis the season to celebrate with friends and family, and to give thanks for everything we are so fortunate to have in this great country. Decorations contribute to the spirit and joy that we feel at this time of year.
“I am happy that federal employees can ‘deck the halls’ and contribute to the spirit of the season.”
