Kathmandu, Nov 19 (IANS)
Three children were injured in a blast which struck Nepal's capital as polling in the Constituent Assembly election continued, witnesses said Tuesday.
The bombing occurred around 10.00 a.m. near a polling station here, resulting in injuries to three children. They were admitted to Bir Hospital, Xinhua reported.
"Security forces failed to provide security and arrive in time to rescue the children," an eyewitness said.
People have demanded tighter security for the voting.
