World champions Spain beat Equatorial Guinea 2-1 in an international football friendly here.

Santi Cazorla opened the scoring for Spain 13 minutes into the action Saturday before Jimmy Bermudez equalised for the host 23 minutes later, reports Xinhua.

Juanfran Torres scored the winner in the 42nd minute.
