Lenovo too interested in acquiring BlackBerry

Fairfax Financial has offered $4.7 billion for Blackberry and its possessions. Moreover, a past report showed that Cisco Systems, Google, Sap, Intel, LG, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Blackberry fellow benefactors Mike Lazaridis and Douglas Fregin are all recognizing making differentiate offers.

 

Today, individuals acquainted with the matter state that Lenovo is entering the ring for the Waterloo-based organization. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that China-based Lenovo has marked a NDA that permits them to look profoundly into Blackberry's money related explanations. Obviously, both organizations declined to remark.

 

Clearly if Lenovo, or whatever available organization, was to buy Blackberry's possessions it might draw consideration from the Canadian government because of national security concerns.
