The plastic artist Marino Santa Maria poses in front of his workshop in Buenos Aires city, capital of Argentina, Aug. 13, 2013. Santa Maria, who lives and has his workshop in the Lanin passage, had the idea of painting the facade of the houses of this street after their restoration. The facades were painted mainly with primary colors and coherent with the architectural style of each house, according to the artist. The residents of Lanin supported the initiative and some of them even painted the facades of their homes, changed the sidewalks and increased the illumination to improve the street's looks.
