Smoke rises from Petroleum of Venezuela (PDVSA) refinery of Puerto La Cruz, in Anzoategui state, Venezuela, on Aug. 11, 2013. According to local media, on Sunday afternoon a lightning hit a treatment lagoon of the refinery, causing the fire, without reports of victims until now. Residents who live in the proximities were evacuated, said Anzoategui's governor Aristobulo Isturiz.
