Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Women and Child Development Minister Rakhi Birla and Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti address a press conference regarding alleged laxity of Delhi Police in dealing with gang rape-cum-robbery case of a 51-year-old Danish tourist, at Delhi Secretariat in New Delhi on Jan.16, 2014. The tourist was robbed and raped at knife point by eight `vagabonds` near the New Delhi railway station, three people have been arrested so far in the case.
