Syrian refugees wait for evacuation in Kilis of Turkey on Dec. 15, 2013. Turkish authority said the number of Syrians sheltering in Turkey has so far reached 600,000 and 4000 of them were forced to move to another border city Sanliurfa from a temporary refugee camp, because of the cold weather and food shortages. So far, 21 refugee camps have been established near the cities close to the Turkish-Syrian border.
