The site of an ancient market is seen at the Archeological Park of Magdala Center near Tiberias, northern Israel, on Dec. 2, 2013. Israeli Tourism Ministry invested NIS 86 million (about 24 million USD) in infrastructure development and maintenance of Christian holy sites in the last two years and will continue to invest significantly in the preservation and renovation of Christian holy sites. About 75,000 visitors are expected to arrive in Israel for the upcoming Christmas period.
