A dead rat found in the mid day meal served to the students in Sadpure of Bihar's Berugram on Nov.22, 2013. The incident comes after 23 children died in Saran district of the state after eating contaminated food served as the school meal in July this year. In the past, dead lizards, frogs and insects have been found in food cooked for the mid-day meals at schools in the state.
